Every session begins with a conversation. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all packages, we take the time to learn about your vision, your goals, and what makes your story unique.
This allows us to thoughtfully plan every detail—from location and timing to style and overall experience—so your session feels personal, meaningful, and truly your own.
For Custom Packages Over 3 Hours:
A two-part payment structure is required to confirm your booking, as these are considered large-scale sessions such as weddings, parties, birthdays, celebrations, or similar events.
The initial payment is due upon signing our photography agreement, which must be completed at least one month before your desired booking date. This secures your session and officially initiates the project.
The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.

At Vicente Productions, every session is crafted with intention, care, and creativity. Due to the nature of photography as a service and custom digital product, all sales are final.
Sessions & Services
Once a booking is confirmed and a deposit is made, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Session fees are non-refundable but may be transferable in certain cases (see “Rescheduling” below).
Digital Files
Because edited images are a custom, non-tangible product, they cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. We take pride in our editing and storytelling process and do our best to ensure you're thrilled with your final gallery.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens, we get it. If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Your deposit can be transferred to a new date within 6 months of the original booking. In case of a no-show or same-day cancellation, the session fee is forfeited.

We recommend reaching out as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons. However, if your session or event is approaching soon, don't hesitate to contact us. We'll always do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Absolutely. While we are based in Delaware, we are available for travel throughout the surrounding region and beyond. If your session or event takes place outside our local area, we'll be happy to discuss the details and create a plan that works for everyone.
Delivery times vary depending on the type and size of the session. Most galleries are delivered within 2-3 weeks, while larger events may require additional time. We carefully review and edit each image to ensure your final gallery reflects the quality and attention to detail you deserve.
Weather can be unpredictable, but there's no need to worry. If conditions are not suitable for your session, we'll work together to reschedule for a better date whenever possible. Our goal is always to create the best experience and deliver images you'll love for years to come.
